What a great talk! Thanks. I have bookmarked ted.com.
When we eat meat, we eat about 100-120 g each, and I think we’re doing this maybe twice a week, sometimes once. Sometimes we also have cold cuts for lunch (typically turkey). So we’re doing OK. But I need to find new vegetarian recipes. I will be searching!
