Eat for an hour, eat for a year…
5 OctI was just pointed towards a news article about a showcase of “the most expensive and outrageous consumption in New York and Los Angeles.” Mentioned in the article is a $1,000 pizza, a $1,000 omelet and a $1,000 sundae. As I glanced at the piece, I was chatting to a fellow in-between job friend and said that I reckoned I could feed us both for the better part of a year for the price of just one of those dishes.
Definately food for thought… http://potw.news.yahoo.com/s/potw/45857/new-york-on-a-million-a-day
